The post is be based within the current Research Support and Systems Team within the Directorate of Research and Business Engagement Support Services (RBESS)

The post-holder will provide both administrative and system support/training to the Research Support Services (RSS) and other colleagues across campus in relation to a variety of internal and external research management business processes and systems, such as the RMS, Pure, Discoverer, JeS, e-Grants, e-Gap etc. Applicants will also support the wider work of the team including research reporting, systems development and policy work. The successful applicant will be required to act as secretary to RSS Management team, support the organisation of the annual RSS conference and other training activities and.

 

Ideally applicants should be familiar with RSS activity within the University, have some knowledge or experience of research management systems, the development and delivery of training and excellent data analysis skills.
