As Policy and Regulation Officer here at Watford Community Housing, you’ll play a key role in our Technology and Information Services team, ensuring that our policies and processes work well and ‘fit’ together in a way that makes sense for staff and customers alike under a clear and consistent service offer. You’ll work with service owners to ensure they comply with changing legislative and regulatory requirements, that they are adopted effectively and they enable all parts of our community to access our services.

This role will be demanding but it will provide an excellent platform to showcase your abilities as you work across teams at all levels, including advising our most senior managers on changing regulation and working with them to identify solutions.  You will be part of a talented and supportive team tasked with delivering tangible benefits to our customers.

We’re looking for a creative yet organised professional seeking a real opportunity to help us shape the services we provide.  You’ll be pragmatic and tactical with a keen eye for detail, someone who can identify the need to do things differently and spot positive opportunities to improve the way we provide services.

You'll have some experience in a customer-focussed, service-based organisation, and will bring with you the ability to analyse risk and service data, and communicate clearly how changes to legislation and regulation may impact our services.
